At The Modesto Grappling Club our practices are divided into three different segments:
The first segment of our class is dedicated to stretching, conditioning, and developing overall balance and flexibility through running, tumbling, and other cardiovascular exercises.
The second segment of our class is instructional. Here the different techniques of grappling, wrestling and M.M.A are presented and taught systematically. Our curriculum is progressive and builds upon itself from one class to the next.
The third segment of our class is dedicated to sparring. Here our students have the opportunity to train, test and refine their skills against others in live Wrestling, Grappling and M.M.A.
